    • Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of order placement.
    • Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Order Tracking
    • You can track your order status online by entering your order number, contact number, or tracking ID on the Patchee website.
    • Detailed tracking information, including tracking history and the estimated delivery date, will be available for each order.
    • Click on the order number to view the shipment details.
  3. Order Status Definitions
    • Order Placed: Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting confirmation.
    • Order Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared for shipping.
    • Order Shipped: Your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.
    • Order Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the provided shipping address.
  4. Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
    • During special promotions, free delivery may be offered as part of the promotion.
  5. Delivery Issues
    • If your order is delayed or undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances, you may contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

  6. Order Cancellation and Modification
    • Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
